WBAY to broadcast The Good Doctor, The Rookie finales

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - WBAY-TV will broadcast the series finale of “The Good Doctor” and the season finale of “The Rookie” this Sunday, May 26.

Tuesday night’s damaging storm, which prompted a number of tornado warnings, coincided with the series finale of “The Good Doctor” and the season finales of “The Rookie” and “Will Trent.”

“The Rookie” will air Sunday at 12 p.m. (noon), followed immediately by “The Good Doctor” at 1 p.m.

Other ABC stations in Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois that were impacted by storms also requested permission from the ABC network to re-air these programs.

ABC rules won’t allow rebroadcasting the season finale of “Will Trent” since a portion of the program aired before it was pre-empted.

“Will Trent,” “The Rookie,” and “The Good Doctor” are also streaming on Hulu, which is a paid service. Spectrum On Demand also carries ABC programs the day after they air.

ABC will add them for free to ABC.com and its streaming and mobile apps for free, though programs can take up to a week to appear.
