The Mavericks are in 5th place in the Western Conference and seeking to avoid the Play-In Tournament. Among qualifiers, Luka Doncic is leading the league in scoring (33.8 PPG), while his co-star Kyrie Irving is tied with Lakers' forward LeBron James for 16th (25.4 PPG).
