Actor Lance Reddick, known for his roles on the dramas The Wire and Fringe and the John Wick movie franchise, has died. He was 60.

Reddick’s body was discovered at his home in Studio City, California on Friday morning. The cause of his death is unknown, but law enforcement sources have informed TMZ, who first reported the news, that his death appears to be of natural causes.

Born June 7, 1962 in Baltimore, Maryland, Lance Reddick began on television with guest appearances on series like dramas New York Undercover and Swift Justice, and sitcom The Nanny. Following a three-episode stint on the short-lived mob drama Falcone, he landed a recurring role on the HBO prison drama Oz in 2000. More guest spots followed, including six episodes on Law & Order: SVU, until he snagged the role of Cedric Daniels on The Wire in 2002. Immediately following The Wire came his part as Phillip Broyles in drama Fringe, from 2008-13, and then Chief Irvin Irving in drama Bosch from 2014-20.

On film, Reddick first appeared as Charon in the action-thriller John Wick, and reprised in its three sequels.
