Beyoncé Brings Out Blue Ivy for Choreographed Dance at Paris ...
Last night (May 26), Beyoncé invited Blue Ivy onstage during her Renaissance World Tour stop at Stade de France just outside of Paris in Saint-Denis, France. While the pop star sang “My Power” and “Black Parade” from Renaissance, her 11-year-old daughter joined the backup dancers for a choreographed dance, most of which consisted of synchronized moves. She also stuck around for “Savage (Remix).” Watch a fan-captured video of the moment below.
The Renaissance World Tour is only seven dates deep at this point, but it’s already an undeniable spectacle with a flying disco horse, robotic mechanical arms, and a glitzy tank put together by an extensive behind-the-scenes team. Once she’s finished with the European leg of the tour, Beyoncé will return to North America this summer to perform in Toronto, Philadelphia, Chicago, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Seattle, and Houston, among other cities.
Renaissance came out last July and was Beyoncé’s seventh No. 1 album. Unsurprisingly, it won her a handful of Grammy Awards: Best Dance/Electronic Recording, Best Traditional R&B Performance, Best R&B Song, and Best Dance/Electronic Music Album. With those wins, Beyoncé officially became the most decorated artist ever in Grammys history.
