What's Open and Closed for Canada Day in Renfrew
Our nation’s birthday is always a day to celebrate, and with that, there will be a few businesses closed for the holiday.
The Beer Store and the LCBO will be closed all day on Monday, July 1st, as will Renfrew’s Metro, Giant Tiger, Walmart, and Chris and Tanya’s No Frills.
Aikenhead’s Drug Store will be closed, too. However, you will be able to shop at Renfrew’s Rexall between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
There will be no mail delivery, and the post office in your community will be closed. Chartered banks will be closed for the holiday Monday.
Municipal facilities like Town Hall and the Renfrew Public Library will either be closed or have limited services throughout the day.
The myFM Centre will be partially open for people enjoying Canada Day festivities in Ma-te-Way Park. Visitors will not have access to the reception office, fitness centre, walking track, dog park, back parking lot, or parking lot off of Belanger Road.
