Karlsson has yet to play in the NHL this season but has five goals and six points in seven games with Abbotsford, he missed several weeks with an undisclosed injury.

The 25-year-old went pointless in four games with Vancouver last season and had 60 points (23 goals, 37 assists) in 60 games with Abbotsford.

Given the strong play of Max Sasson and the return of J.T. Miller it will be interesting to see where or when Di Giuseppe or Karlsson get into the lineup.
