Travis Scott Arrested For Disorderly Intoxication and Trespassing

Travis Scott was arrested in Miami-Dade County, FL early this morning (June 20) on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing.

According to the Miami Beach Police Department, the Houston rapper (real name Jacques Bermon Webster II) was arrested at 1:44AM at the Miami Beach Marina. He was booked at 4:35AM.

Scott's two charges came with bonds of $150 for the intoxication charges and $500 for trespassing. 

People reports that authorities were called after complaints of fighting on a yacht, where Scott was allegedly "yelling at the vessel occupants."

The arrest affidavit reveales that "officers made contact with [Scott] to conduct an investigation. The defendant was asked by officers to sit down, at which point [he] temporarily sat down and then began continuously standing back up, disregarding officers' commands. Throughout the interaction, officers on scene could sense a strong smell of alcohol coming from the defendants' breath."

"[Scott] began yelling once again, becoming erratic, disturbing the peace of the occupants of the marina and nearby residential buildings, causing a public disturbance." As a result, he was arrested and taken to the Miami Beach Police Department.

Police added that Scott "later admitted that he had been drinking alcohol and stated, 'It's Miami.' "
