'No leaders in this Tottenham side'

Former West Ham midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker says there are "no natural leaders" in Tottenham's team.
Spurs suffered a disappointing home defeat by rivals Chelsea after being 2-0 up early on, with criticism levelled at manager Ange Postecoglou for not changing his gameplan after taking the lead.
"I think it's very serious and I think Ange Postecoglou knows the seriousness of the situation he's in as well," Reo-Coker told the Football Daily podcast. "But, he's going to be tough, backing himself and very determined to stick to his principles and beliefs.
"For me you can't be at home, 2-0 up against one of the sides you're meant to be competing against and fold like that. Injuries are a part of football and you question whether [Christian] Romero and [Micky] Van de Ven were fit enough to start. [Radu] Dragusin comes in and you wonder if the Premier League is a bit too tough for him.
"When you look at it overall, the players don't look like they have the belief they can go on and close games out and get the job done. There are no natural born leaders to lead this team.
"It hasn't been good enough. If you are the manager, you have to read games. When Tottenham went 2-0 up, Postecoglou has to tell them to be more compact. That instruction comes from the manager. The leadership from the management standpoint has also not been good enough."
