Chewy Canada Inc. has just become partners with Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment, making it the official pet retailer of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Fans can expect pet-centric rewards, experiences, and in-arena activations throughout the 2024-25 season that could win you Leafs tickets and VIP experiences, Chewy announced in a news release.
“Torontonians' unconditional love for the Maple Leafs is matched only by Chewy's unconditional love for pets, so we totally understand the passion — and the healthy dose of obsession — that unites this special community,” said Orlena Yeung, Chewy's chief brand officer, in the release.
“Through this partnership, which is a first for Chewy in Canada, we can't wait to blend puck and pet enthusiasm with fan experiences at home and live at Scotiabank Arena, a fun social media contest, special curations to shop and lots of belly rubs for good luck.”
Among the perks Chewy brings in this partnership is the “Most Valuable Pets” contest throughout the season, where fans can share stories about their pets' special skills and displays of hockey spirit. The competition will involve social media contests and interactive features at select Leafs home games.
Five MVP winners and their humans will be rewarded with a prize package that includes Leafs game tickets, autographed memorabilia and premium Chewy treats. One of the five winners will also receive a complimentary stay at a pet-friendly hotel to go along with an exclusive VIP experience at Scotiabank Arena.

Being a provider of everything for pets from food to supplies and toys, a curated online Toronto Maple Leafs Pet Shop with pet treats and merchandise that includes hockey-themed collections is now available for your furry friends. Fans can receive 10 per cent off all items on gamedays, and those attending games will also receive benefits through brand activations located in the arena.
Current Maple Leafs player Max Domi, the son of Maple Leafs fan-favourite Tie Domi and father himself to Orion the Yellow Lab, has curated his favourite pet foods and supplies, which can be shopped here.
