Snow squall warning issued for area : My Muskoka Now

Environment Canada says our area could see up to 50 cm of snow over the next 24 hours.

Officials with the weather agency say to expect the snowstorm to start around noon today and continue into Thursday morning.

With the heavy snowfall, they say to expect poor visibility.

With the weather potentially changing on a whim, officials suggest postponing non-essential travel until the weather improves.
