Severe thunderstorm watch posted for Greenwood County

One county in the KVOE listening area is now under a severe thunderstorm watch.

Greenwood County is included in a watch until midnight. The watch affects south central and southeast Kansas. The main concerns are wind gusts up to 75 mph and hail up to the size of ping pong balls, or 1.5 inches in diameter.
