News broke this morning that Scott Boyd, longtime host of ‘Breakfast Television’, had passed away:
Scotty started working in radio in the 70’s in Cape Breton, eventually landing on T.V. screens across the Maritimes as a host on ‘Breakfast Television’.
Scott had been most recently working as an announcer at Bud’s Speedway in Cape Breton. I had the pleasure of working with Scotty a few times at the track. To say it was ‘work’ is a stretch, it was a BLAST!
Our thoughts are with Scott’s family and friends.
