More than 2,000 BC Hydro customers are without power in Steveston on Monday mid-day due to a windstorm.
Properties east of Gilbert Road, north of Finn Road, south of Williams and west of Featherstone Way are affected, according to BC Hydro.
Crews were on their way and expected to be on site after 12:30 p.m.
The windstorm has also caused two other small power outages in Richmond, one west of No. 1 Road and south of Francis Road, affecting 12 properties, and the other near Blundell Road and St. Albans Street where 62 BC Hydro customers are affected.
