Marc-Andre Fleury gets a taste of his own medicine: Hilariously ...
Marc-Andre Fleury is one of the winningest goalies in NHL history. He’s just some games shy from playing 1000 in the league, and before he retires, he’ll pass Patrick Roy for second in most wins by a goalie all time.
But Fleury is not just known for being a great puck-stopper. He’s an excellent teammate and one of the most universally well-liked players in the league. Fleury is also known for being a prankster, and he’s gone viral with his shenanigans many times.
Fleury usually went after Crosby with various pranks when playing with the Pittsburgh Penguins. Fleury has previously said that he’s been doing his pranks during his NHL career to help him during the long 82-game seasons.
“It makes me laugh a little bit,” he said last year, per The Rink Live. “I’m not mean with it. Like, I don’t just go burn their car or something. It’s little stupid stuff to have some fun.”
Fleury brings a group together, and the pranks play a big part. Players who’ve played with him say he’s amazing to help with the team’s chemistry, and that’s the case in the Wild, where he’s played since 2022, as well.
Tuesday was special for ”Flower.” He’s 38 years old, and when the Wild played the Canadiens in Montreal last night, it might have been his final game in his home province. He made 27 saves, was selected first star, and received a standing ovation from the crowd.

“I’m not sure if it’s done or not,” said Fleury, per ESPN. “I don’t want to talk too much of that side of it for today, the present moment was really a special night for me.”

It’s a classic prank to put shaving cream on a towel and something Fleury’s done to his teammates in the Wild before. Now, he was pranked on live TV and found it really amusing, and so did we.
Marc-Andre Fleury, what a legend!
