'Love Is Blind' Reunion: Did Nick Call Hannah a 'Grenade'?

It’s been the complaint of reality dating shows since the dawn of time. Or whenever The Bachelor first started airing, whichever of those happened first. This person isn’t here for love, they just want to get famous! They aren’t there for the Right Reasons (TM)! Many such cases, the latest of which is Love Is Blind’s Nick Dorka. During the season-seven reunion, his ex, Hanna Jiles, claimed to have found his 90-day goals journal. One item on it stated “Be the most famous person ever on Love Is Blind.” Dude, you’re never even going to be the most famous Nick. Dorka claimed the goal was written “way before” he got on the show. Okay, that’s sadder? Dream something bigger! In the words of Mary Lamb in The Holdovers, “You can’t even dream a whole dream, can you?”
“I would never sit there on camera and say I love you 100 times if I didn’t mean it. I was super genuine,” he said. But Jiles was not dissuaded from her opinion that Dorka had never come on the show to find a partner. She called him “very calculated” and also brought up that he’d called her a “grenade,” “ugly,” and “5/10” behind her back. Some of the men asserted that Nick had called Hannah a “grenade” around them. Nick denied the “grenade” comment, then admitted to being “underwhelmed” when he first saw Hannah.
