If you forgot to buy a ticket to win the $80-million Lotto Max prize being drawn last night, you're still in luck.
No winning ticket was sold for the record-matching Nov. 26 draw.
“The $80-million Lotto Max jackpot is still up for grabs,” Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. spokesperson Tony Bitonti said.
So there's another chance to win big.
This is only the second time the Lotto Max jackpot has reached the new $80-million cap. Lottery officials raised the jackpot cap on the Lotto Max game by $10 million in September.
Owen Sound’s Stephanie and Bryan Cantwell claimed their half of the Canadian-record $80-million jackpot in the Sept. 17 draw. The other winning ticket for that draw was sold in Quebec.
The Lotto Max jackpot will remain at $80 million for Friday's draw on Nov. 29, but there are also 20 MaxMillions prizes available to be won.
In the Tuesday night draw, several people did win big with MaxMillions, with a $1-million ticket sold in Lambton County, and Encore tickets worth $100,000 sold in Barrie, Woodstock and on olg.ca.
Check your tickets online with the OLG app, or through a participating retailer.
Lotto Max tickets are $5 each, with the goal to match all seven numbers in the same order on one line to win the grand prize.
