COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCSC) - More than 77 thousand fans packed into Williams-Brice Stadium on Saturday night to watch two of the iconic soccer clubs in the sports history face off.

Liverpool would score 3 unanswered goals to beat Manchester United 3-0 in front of a sold out crowd.

Fabio Carvalho would start the scoring in the 10th minute and Curtis Jones would double the lead to make it 2-0 at the half.

Kostas Tsimikas would score the only goal of the 2nd half for a 3-0 victory.

This game wrapped up a 3 game tour around the US for the Rivals in Red that included stops in Los Angeles and Philadelphia.

The official crowd count was 77,559 which is the largest crowed ever at Williams-Brice for something other than a football game.
