Lana Del Rey Has Reportedly Married Her Alligator Guide Man
Lana Del Rey may just love her “alligator guide” boyfriend until the end of time.
According to reports, Lana Del Rey has married Jeremy Dufrene. People reported on Thursday that the singer obtained a marriage license on September 23 to wed the Louisiana-based airboat captain, and later that day, the Daily Mail published photos of what looks like the actual wedding. Del Rey appears to be wearing a white wedding gown with a scooped, ruffled neckline and holding a bouquet at an outdoor ceremony.
According to the Mail, Lana Del Rey married Dufrene at the same Louisiana bayou where the groom hosts his alligator tours. Del Rey’s father, Robert Grant, walked the singer down the aisle.
Rumors about Del Rey’s relationship with Dufrene first began circulating in August 2024 after a fan caught them holding hands backstage at the UK’s Leeds Festival. However, it appears the pair have known each other since at least 2019, when Del Rey took one of Dufrene’s airboat tours while in Louisiana for the BUKU Music + Art Project festival.
At the time, she posted photos from the swamp tour on Facebook, writing, “Jeremy lemme be captain at Arthur’s Air Boat Tours x.”
Per Page Six, Dufrene also posted about their meetup on Instagram, writing, “I never know who I can run across on my tours but always a pleasure @lanadelrey.”
Del Rey also called Dufrene “my guy” in an Instagram post in May. They’ve since been spotted out and about together in New York.
