Latest Rogers Ad Features John Krasinski Dancing to Taylor Swift ...

Rogers has shared a new TV ad coming your way, featuring American actor John Krasinski (known from The Office) lip syncing and dancing to “Shake It Off (Taylor’s Version)” from Taylor Swift, while he’s on a boat on Lake Simcoe in Ontario.

The cringey ad shows Krasinski showing off his dance moves on a boat, thinking he’s alone, only to then discover there’s another dude fishing nearby watching him from his dingy. Awkward.

“Sometimes you just get the urge to dance to Taylor Swift. Like John, it could be in the middle of a lake… and with Canada’s largest and most reliable 5G network, you can. We do our thing, so you can do yours,” says Rogers.

Krasinski dancing to Taylor Swift is no accident, as Rogers is the presenting sponsor of the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour in Canada, with shows in Toronto and Vancouver coming this fall (with insanely high prices as well as tickets are sold out).

The new Rogers ad spot was created by Quebec company Publicis. Check it out below:
