The punches kept coming for New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers despite his team heading into their weekend off.
As the Jets (3-8) headed into their bye, Rodgers continued to be a talking point around the NFL. League insider Tom Pelissero reflected that while joining the the "Rich Eisen Show." It was not a good statement for the QB.
Like most, Pelissero does not think Rodgers is among the NFL elite anymore. But he raised the bar.
"Aaron Rodgers doesn't look right," Pelissero said. "We are not talking about is he still a top-five or top-10 quarterback, I think there is a real question of is he one of the 32 best quarterbacks right now?"
Ouch.
