If you thought Jeremy Allen White would stay on the market for long after his divorce went public in May, you clearly haven't seen The Bear.

The 32-year-old white tank top-wearing heartthrob has been captivating audiences since his time on the hit Showtime series Shameless but didn't hit Internet boyfriend territory until he began playing an emotionally wounded chef in the FX series, The Bear, in 2022. That's alright though, he was already married to fellow actor Addison Timlin.

The pair tied the knot in October 2019, just six months after their engagement, and share two daughters: four-year-old Ezer and two-year-old Dolores. News of their separation came as a surprise to many following White's gushing tribute to Timlin during his Golden Globes acceptance speech in January 2023. "I love you deep in my bones, thank you for all that you do, thank you for everything that you've done," he said at the time.

Now, in August 2023, he's out here making out in public with a possible new girlfriend just three months after filing for divorce. Here's a complete timeline of Jeremy Allen White and Addison Timlin's relationship, breakup, and all the drama that came after.

2006 - 2008: White and Timlin meet sometime around 2006 when the pair are both 14 years old, likely while filming the 2008 film, Afterschool. “When we were 14 years old and I saw you perform for the first time in drama class, I couldn’t take my eyes off of you," Timlin wrote in an Instagram tribute to White when he won his Golden Globe for best actor in a television musical or comedy series in January 2023. "When we’d run your lines for Shameless I’d be so tickled knowing before hand what everyone would get to witness the next day on set. When I watched the pilot for The Bear, I cried my fucking heart out. I think somewhere I must’ve known how much life was about to change, but mostly I just knew that the world was about to discover what I’ve known all along.”

February 2013: Timlin confirms she's in a relationship with someone she's been friends with “for a long period of time” before it "took a hard right turn into romance."

October 20, 2018: The pair welcomes their first daughter.

April 2019: White and Timlin get engaged.

October 18, 2019: Just ahead of their daughter's first birthday, the pair tie the knot at the Beverly Hills courthouse in Los Angeles.

December 12, 2020: The pair welcomes their second daughter.

August 2022: White says his wife is unphased by your thirst tweets. “I think we're both pretty good at not paying too much attention,” he told People. "I'm not on Twitter. I have an Instagram, but I mostly use it for work. I have a pretty healthy distance from it all. And my wife does as well. So I think that's a good thing."

May 11, 2023: Timlin files for divorce, according to documents obtained by People.

May 14, 2023: Timlin refers to herself as a “single mom” in the caption of a Mother's Day Instagram post, which has since been edited to “co-parent,” per Us Weekly. “Being a single mom is not how I pictured it. It is so fucking hard. It is all out covered in shit crying on the floor kick you in the shins screaming with no sound coming out hard,” Timlin originally wrote on Instagram, according to the publication. “It’s not the natural order of things. It can be exhausting but more than anything it can just be so lonely. When something magical happens and you have to tell yourself ‘don’t forget this’ because there’s no witness by your side.”

July 29, 2023: The exes are photographed embracing at their eldest daughter's soccer game. In multiple photos White can be seen kissing Timlin on the head and cheek, leading to fan speculation that they may be reconciling.

August 5, 2023: White is photographed making out in the open with model Ashley Moore. However, many fans believe the kiss may have been a “PR stunt,” perhaps intended to put speculation about his relationship status to rest. “These jeremy allen white paparazzi pictures are sending me so bad like it’s so obvious that he’s calling them to follow him but the thought of that is so funny to me,” one Twitter user wrote.

“Okay, I need Jeremy Allen White's friends to link up for an intervention," reads another tweet. ”The posed pap pics are becoming too much."
