Camryn Ries was just 2 years old when her father, U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. David G. Ries, was killed while serving in Iraq. Yet, his memory is kept alive through the stories and photographs shared by loved ones.
“I always watch my birth video because seeing him look at me the way he did, I know he’s still looking at me in that way,” said Ries, now 22.
