Oh, and Martin is ruled out for Game 2, with an unnamed illness. The Heat may have the help of a returning Tyler Herro, though — which could help Jimmy Butler out a lot.

The Nuggets (-365) as slightly stronger favorites than they were for Game 1, and the Heat (+300) as slightly bigger underdogs as well.
