Florence Pugh may just be the queen of risqué transparent looks. Like, not only did she wear a stunning gown with a slightly transparent corset top to the Academy Awards ceremony yesterday, but the Dune: Part Two actor then changed into an even more see-through number later on in the night.
For the Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Florence wore a transparent, cream-colored dress with a peplum skirt that fell down into a train. She went braless underneath the completely see-through mesh top of the dress, which was embellished with lace detailing.

The actor completed her look with a pair of bedazzled stiletto Christian Louboutin heels, a beautiful diamond necklace, and drop earrings from Bulgari.

As for glam? The celeb's blond hair was swept into a side-parted updo, and her makeup featured a smokey eye with a nude lip.

One of Flo's best-known red carpet gowns nearly broke the internet due to its sheerness. For Valentino’s haute couture fall/winter 2022/2023 show, she wore a hot pink see-through tulle gown with matching stiletto heels and a pink crystal handbag.

After receiving criticism online, Florence took to Instagram to address the look:
“Listen, I knew when I wore that incredible Valentino dress that there was no way there wouldn’t be a commentary on it. Whether it be negative or positive, we all knew what we were doing. I was excited to wear it, not a wink of me was nervous. I wasn’t before, during or even now after,” she wrote in the caption. “What’s been interesting to watch and witness is just how easy it is for men to totally destroy a woman’s body, publicly, proudly, for everyone to see. You even do it with your job titles and work emails in your bio..?”
“It isn’t the first time and certainly won’t be the last time a woman will hear what’s wrong with her body by a crowd of strangers, what’s worrying is just how vulgar some of you men can be. Thankfully, I’ve come to terms with the intricacies of my body that make me, me. I’m happy with all of the ‘flaws’ that I couldn’t bear to look at when I was 14,” she continued. “Grow up. Respect people. Respect bodies. Respect all women. Respect humans. Life will get a whole lot easier, I promise. And all because of two cute little nipples…”
The actor then ended her post with, “#fuckingfreethefuckingnipple.”
