Four years ago Peter Frampton hit the road with what he called Finale -- The Final Tour. He went public with his battle with Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM), a degenerative syndrome that was atrophying his muscles, and he was planning a graceful farewell from the road.
But, as the title of his new tour declares, Never Say Never.
