The Surprising Reason Demi Moore Says She's Single
Demi Moore's pups may be to blame for her lack of a boyfriend.
On Monday, September 9, the 61-year-old appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, as she is currently on a press run for her new Sci-Fi horror film, The Substance. The Emmy award winner shared with Fallon, 49, that she lets her dogs sleep with her at night.
"If anybody saw my nighttime routine, if it was filmed, they would really see how eccentric I really am," the General Hospital alum admitted.
Moore took the late night host through her extensive nighttime routine of arranging the bed properly for her animals. "I have to prop pillows so the ones that are this size [her bigger dogs] have the ability to get under the covers," the former model explained."I have two beds for the little ones so that they have the beds within the bed."
The SNL alum was supportive of Moore's evening routine and how she cares for her pets. "You take care of them," Fallon noted.
"Of course. Hence why I'm single," Moore quipped.
Fallon also played a hilarious video of the Striptease actress coming home to her pets. In the video, Moore opens the door to find all nine of her canines patiently awaiting her arrival.
However, it is safe to assume Moore has one pup she is exceptionally fond of. The actress brought her 1.2 lbs micro chihuahua named Pilaf with her during her press run; she was even backstage at The Late Night Show taping. "She's a magical creature," The G.I Jane actress gushed.
It seems Pilaf is taking after her mommy as Moore explained how the celebrity dog was a cover star for Dogue, Vogue's "Dog Days of Summer" article. The segment contains other A-lister's dogs like Mariah Carrey's Jack Russell Terrier, Billie Eilish's PitBull, and Missy Elliott's Yorkshire Terrier.
"Of course, she had to be positioned as the cover girl," the starlet remarked.
Moore has three ex-husbands. She first married rock musician Freddy Moore and they were together from 1980 to 1985. Moore was then married to actor Bruce Willis from 1987 to 2000, and shares three daughters with him. Moore's most recent marriage was to actor Ashton Kutcher which lasted from 2005 to 2013.
Although the actress may not have a romantic partner right now, she has seemingly found love with her sweet animals.
