Cleveland Police report death of 20-year-old as suspected homicide

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -Cleveland Police reported the death of a 20-year-old man as a suspected homicide Friday morning.

A release from the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner said the 20-year-old man of Euclid was found dead Thursday.

According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office, 20-year-old Kelvaughn Debarlaben was found dead at 123 East 156th Street in an apartment.
