'Tis the season, according to Alex Drummond! She got an early start on her holiday decorating this year and not only has she purchased a new Christmas tree already, but also put it up.
Now before you wonder if it's too early to put up a Christmas tree, Alex did have a few reasons for shopping so early. First, she noted that at her Home Depot, if you don't snag a tree now, they're gone by early November. And second? "I needed something to live for. I need some holiday cheer," she explains. Nothin' wrong with that!
And actually, she was right to shop early because the original tree she was looking for went viral on TikTok and promptly sold out. But she was quite pleased with the option she found: the Elegant Grand Fir. It stands at a stunning nine feet tall and is pre-lit with 2,500 LED lights with five light functions.
With this new purchase, Alex is doubling down on her disagreement with Ree, who prefers a real tree. "Since beginning my newlywed life and having a home of my own, I have strayed to artificial trees," she admitted in 2022. "To me it looks very realistic," she goes on to explain about her new tree, "It is so beautiful with the perfect warm light."

Her hubby Mauricio confirmed it was a cinch to set up. They loved it so much, Alex made the decision just to keep it assembled even though it was still Halloween. "Y'all please don't judge me ????????????" she pleads. And while Alex loves to decorate her Christmas tree early, she is holding off on putting up all the ornaments for now.
