Ardent Canadian Football League (CFL) fan, Bobby Dubeau, has set out on an ambitious quest to visit all nine CFL stadiums within a record-breaking timeframe of 15 days. This feat, if achieved, will earn him a place in the prestigious Guinness World Records.

Originally hailing from Delta, British Columbia, Dubeau has taken to the skies, traveling to various airports across Canada to attend CFL games in each city. His objective is to witness a game in every CFL stadium and set a new record for the shortest time frame required to visit each city.

Driven by his love for three-down football and his passion for traveling across Canada, Dubeau applied online to the Guinness World Records and received confirmation four months later that his proposal had been accepted. Initially given a target of 18 days, Dubeau managed to narrow it down to an unbeatable 15 days.

According to a report by Riderville.com, Dubeau’s journey began on June 24 at McMahon Stadium in Calgary, where the Saskatchewan Roughriders emerged victorious over the Calgary Stampeders in a thrilling game that went into double overtime. From there, he traveled to Edmonton’s Commonwealth Stadium on June 25, witnessing a clash between the Toronto Argonauts and the Edmonton Elks.

Continuing his whirlwind tour, Dubeau visited TD Place in Ottawa on June 30, where the Ottawa REDBLACKS took on Edmonton. He then headed to Percival Molson Stadium in Montreal on July 1, watching the Winnipeg Blue Bombers triumph over the Montreal Alouettes.

On July 3, Dubeau arrived at BMO Field in Toronto to witness the Argonauts’ victory against the B.C. Lions. He then traveled to Mosaic Stadium in Regina on July 6, experiencing a close match between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Edmonton.

July 7 led him to IG Field in Winnipeg, where the Blue Bombers faced off against the Calgary Stampeders. The following day, he made his way to Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton, where the REDBLACKS clashed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Dubeau’s epic journey will conclude at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver on July 9, with a game between the Montreal Alouettes and the B.C. Lions.

Adding to the impressive list of games he attended, Dubeau was also present at IG Field on July 22, where his beloved Lions claimed victory over the Blue Bombers with a score of 30-6. This brought his total number of games attended to 10 in just 17 days.

To officially secure the Guinness World Record, Dubeau will need to provide verification through videos, witness statements, and a travel log. Additionally, he is encouraged to submit media coverage generated during his stadium tour.

Dubeau’s passion for the CFL and his love for exploring Canada’s diverse cities have been the driving forces behind his record-breaking attempt. Despite the challenges and uncertainties, he remains committed to not only breaking but also establishing a new Guinness World Record for the shortest time frame required to attend a game in each CFL city.
