Canada Day will see two celebrations for families to enjoy in South Delta.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Tsawwassen Boundary Bay Lions Club hosts Canada Day at Diefenbaker Park in Tsawwassen.
There will be food, official opening ceremonies, Canada Day cake and family-friendly activities.
Then from noon to 4 p.m. in Ladner, join the Kirkland House Foundation as they host their annual Canada Day celebration at Kirkland House and Harris Barn at Hawthorne Grove Park.
There will be a performance by the Delta Police Pipe Band, face painting, crafts, refreshments, sack races and a chance to tour Kirkland House and learn about its history here in Delta.
