The weather is impacting some school bus transportation in northeastern Ontario.

School buses are cancelled from Kirkland Lake to Hearst, including Timmins, Matheson, Iroquois Falls, Cochrane, Smooth Rock Falls, Kapuskasing and Hearst.

Buses are also cancelled in West Nipissing, Mattawa, Redbridge, East Parry Sound South and West Parry Sound.

Due to a collision, buses are not running from Echo Bay to Bruce Mines.

In Sudbury, the Sudbury Student Services Consortium said buses are running today, but delays are expected due to weather and road conditions.

Schools are open in northeastern Ontario.
