Taylor Swift Claims Record Top 14 Spots on Billboard Hot 100

Billboard Hot 100

It wasn’t until 2022 that an artist took up every spot on the top 10 on Billboard's Hot 100 – Taylor has now achieved this twice. Swift's album 'The Tortured Poets Department' has gone down in history as the second-biggest album debut since Billboard started streaming numbers. The singer broke her own Hot 100 record she previously won with 'Midnights', taking up every one of the top 14 slots on the chart in one week. According to Billboard, the song 'Fortnight', Swift’s collaboration with Post Malone, took the top slot with over 76 million streams. Other top 10 tracks from her new album include 'Down Bad', 'So Long, London', 'But Daddy I love Him' and 'The Alchemy.' Swift became the first ever artist to claim the top 10 following the release of her 'Midnights' in 2022. Drake is the only other artist who has ever come close to beating her record, having previously had 9 songs on the Billboard Hot 100.
