Australia vs England

Australia and England will both be looking to make the World Cup final for the first time ever, when they do battle in the second semifinal in Sydney.

Australia have recovered from shaky performances in their opening two group games to smash Canada 4-0, professionally progress past Denmark 2-0 in the Round of 16, before defeating France in the longest penalty shootout in World Cup history to make the semifinals for the first time ever.

England meanwhile remain undefeated, though their knockout games have been more difficult than they would have liked, with the Lionesses requiring penalties to get past Nigeria, and being forced to come from behind to defeat Colombia in the quarterfinals.

Can the European champions end Australia's fairytale run in front of 75,000 fans? Or will Australia march onto a historic final on home turf?
