Wolves' Anthony Edwards Amazes NBA Fans After Outdueling Suns ...

In a Saturday playoff duel between Anthony Edwards and Kevin Durant, it was the Minnesota Timberwolves star who came out on top.
Edwards racked up 33 points to lead the Timberwolves to an 120-95 victory over Durant and the Phoenix Suns.
Durant paced the Suns with 31 points as the Wolves claimed a 1-0 lead in the first-round series.
Edwards appeared to chirp Durant as the Timberwolves took over the game in the third quarter.

Edwards shot 58 percent from the field, including 4-for-8 from deep, in the victory. He added nine rebounds, six assists and two steals.

Rudy Gobert led the Wolves with 16 rebounds, while Karl-Anthony Towns contributed 19 points in the victory.
All eyes were on Edwards as fans began predicting big things for the 22-year-old Minnesota star.

Watching Durant make history while Edwards dominated at both ends of the court made Game 1 engaging for fans despite the final score.
